Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Take Out Server / Restaurant Server to join our team in providing exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Take Out Server / Restaurant Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, maintaining cleanliness, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for food and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Take Out Server

Package food items for takeout orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process orders and handle cash transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and service areas. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Manage time effectively to meet order deadlines during peak hours.

Responsibilities Restaurant Server

Minimum 5 Years of Restaurant experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Ensure all food is prepared according to safety and sanitation standards. Provide detailed menu information and recommendations to guests. Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage tips responsibly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils after each use. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures.

Experience

Minimum of 5 Years of Restaurant experience. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
