Activity Workers for:

Swimming lessons: Saturdays 9am-12:30pm
SACL is looking for staff to support children and youth with special needs 1:1 within swimming lesson.

All lessons are taught by a City of Surrey instructor, and SACL staff provide support for success.

Swim staff are in the water providing support

Requirements:

Clear Criminal Record Check (Current) Doctor's Certificate of Good Health First Aid & CPR Certificate (Current) References Understanding of inclusion and an ability to develop relationships between children with special needs and their peers Experience supporting children/youth with special needs in a recreational setting
Part-time hours: 3.5 hours per week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $24.97 per hour

Licence/Certification:

First Aid Certification (required)
Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-09-06
