Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Swimming Coach to join our team.
Duties
Provide constructive feedback to swimmers to help them improve their performance. Organize and lead swim meets, ensuring all participants are prepared and informed. Monitor swimmers' progress and adjust training plans as necessary to meet their goals.
Skills
Proficient in swimming with a deep understanding of various strokes, starts, turns, and finishes. Ability to motivate and inspire swimmers to reach their full potential.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 - 8 per week
