Dirige par le chef Antonio Park, le Restaurant Park est un pilier d'excellence sur la scene gastronomique montrealaise depuis 2014, en transformant la cuisine traditionnelle japonaise et coreenne par l'integration d'essences nord et sud-americaines dans chaque plat.

Nous sommes actuellement a la recherche de chefs sushi experimentes ou vous aurez l'occasion de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif, en veillant a ce que notre vision soit respectee avec precision et excellence.

Responsabilites :



Aider a la preparation des aliments S'assurer de la fraicheur des produits Capacite a couper et a trancher differents types de poissons de maniere experte Maintenir une zone de travail propre et organisee Respecter les regles d'hygiene et de securite alimentaire Aider a la gestion des stocks Preparer divers sushis et plats en suivant la recette et en tenant compte des preferences des clients. Experience de chef sushi/chef maki preferable Capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches a la fois et a maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme et d'organisation sous pression. Collaborer avec l'equipe pour repondre aux demandes des clients. Solides competences en matiere de travail d'equipe et de communication claire.

Exigences :



- Experience prealable dans la preparation de sushis

- Capacite a travailler rapidement tout en maintenant un haut niveau d'attention aux details

- Excellentes aptitudes au travail d'equipe

- Capacite a travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique

We are currently looking for experienced sushi chefs where you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, ensuring that our vision is met with precision and excellence.

Responsabilities :



Help with food prep Ensure freshness of products Ability to expertly cut and slice different types of fish Maintain a clean and organized work area Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations Assist in inventory management Prepare various sushi and dishes by following the recipe and by taking into account customer preferences Sushi chef/maki chef experience preferable Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of professionalism and organization under pressure Collaborate with the team to respond to customer requests Strong teamwork and clear communication skills

Requirements :



- Previous experience in sushi preparation

- Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

- Excellent teamwork skills

- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
