We are seeking a skilled Sushi Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing sushi dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sushi rolls according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
Qualification
- At least 3 years experience working in a same role
- Proficient in food handling, food preparation, and meal presentation
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong knife skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in sushi presentation
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
