Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee supply chain optimization projects across manufacturing, distribution, and procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes, enhance coordination, and improve overall performance.
  • Utilize data analysis and modeling techniques to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement within the supply chain, and develop solutions to address them.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain processes.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for process automation, digitalization, and the implementation of emerging technologies to enhance supply chain operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices throughout the supply chain optimization projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria for supply chain optimization initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Effectively communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in supply chain optimization and apply them to enhance operational excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, etc.). Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Proven experience in leading and driving supply chain optimization initiatives, process analysis, and implementing improvement strategies within manufacturing, distribution, and procurement functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex supply chain challenges within manufacturing, distribution, and procurement, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices, and methodologies across manufacturing, distribution, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to change, navigate ambiguity, and drive supply chain improvements within manufacturing, distribution, and procurement functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain optimization tools, data analysis software, and project management tools.
  • Leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and driving continuous improvement within manufacturing, distribution, and procurement processes.
