Job Summary

En tant que Superviseur pour notre \xc3\x89quipe de Gestion des \xc3\x89chantillons \xc3\xa0 Laval, vous devrez encadrer, former et soutenir le personnel technique. Votre contribution assurera une efficacit\xc3\xa9 maximale de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe et aidera \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes les plus difficiles.

Dans ce r\xc3\xb4le, les principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s incluront:

  • Supporter le personnel technique en \xc3\xa9liminant les obstacles, lorsque c\'est possible.
  • Planifier et superviser les horaires hebdomadaires du personnel technique afin d\'assurer une productivit\xc3\xa9 optimale.
  • Superviser le processus de formation et les opportunit\xc3\xa9s de d\xc3\xa9veloppement pour tout le personnel technique.
  • \xc3\x89mettre des recommandations sur les objectifs op\xc3\xa9rationnels \xc3\xa0 court terme, la structure organisationnelle, les besoins en dotation et les plans de succession.
Key Elements

We are looking for the following minimum qualifications for this role:
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good listener and strategic vision
  • Bilingualism French and English is required
  • Collegial diploma is science or any related field in management
  • Experience in staff management is an asset
Role Specific Information:

Location: Location: Laval / Bus from Montmorency metro station to Laval site, Free parking.
Annual bonus based on performance
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:15. Temporary, full-time position (1 year contract)

About Safety Assessment
Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance. From individual specialty toxicology and IND enabling studies to tailored packages and total laboratory support, our deeply experienced team can design and execute programs that anticipate challenges and avoid roadblocks for a smooth, efficient journey to market. Each year approximately 300 investigational new drug (IND) programs are conducted in our Safety Assessment facilities.
