Our Taproom is a key part of our business - a place where our guests experience amazing food, exciting events, fun games, trendy apparel, and most importantly our exceptional beverages, their history and our process.Taproom SupervisorThe Taproom Supervisor makes sure all elements of a great experience are combined for our guests. The Taproom Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Taproom to reach its objectives by organizing and supervising staff and monitoring guest experience. The Taproom Supervisor will ensure that we are creating memorable experiences and the guest service we provide is exceptional!As Taproom Supervisor, You Will

  • Maintain high level of guest service
  • Maintain a healthy, fun environment for all team members, emphasizing teamwork
  • Ensure opening and closing duties are being completed
  • Ensure key duties are being assigned and completed
  • Assist to develop new ideas, processes and procedures as required
  • Assist to ensure current processes and procedures are being maintained (e.g. keg rentals, licensees)
  • Ensure inventory is completed accurately and on-time (e.g. Cans, Bottles, Clothing, etc.)
  • Place orders for any products or supplies that are required
  • Train new team members on Taproom structure and processes
  • Deal with guest issues and complaints, ensuring all guests leave having a great experience
  • Actively assist and contribute to service as required (e.g. assist running food, etc.)
  • Ensure Taproom guidelines, standards and policies are adhered to
  • Supervise and motivate team members to ensure we are providing great guest experiences
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring
  • Applicants must possess a minimum of 2-3 years restaurant experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, etc.) and Point of Sale systems
  • Previous leadership/supervisory experience an asset
