Job Overview

Copperhead Brewing Company is seeking a friendly, customer-oriented beer enthusist to serve beer, attend events, and serve food in our taproom. Applicant should have a desire to learn and share their beer knowledge, and have a knack for conversation, and have the ability to create excellent customer experiences.

Duties/Requirements

Provide outstanding customer service. Share accurate and relevent information about our beers and tell our story. Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure that all orders are correct before delivery. Follow our opening and closing procedures Handle routine sales transactions, cash and credit card proccessing, and reconcile the register. Proactively offer ideas to improve processes and overall customer experiences Maintain a clean and orderly environment at all times Stay up-to-date on our new beer and beer culture Other duties as necessary Must be able to work evenings and weekends Must have Serve-it-right certificate

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with guest services principles and practices is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding service. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
