Position Overview:

As a Brewhouse & Distribution Assistant, you'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role at Wild North Brewing. You'll support our brewing team with day-to-day operations and help deliver our beer across the Kootenays. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who's physically fit, organized, and ready to work as part of a hardworking and passionate crew.

Key Responsibilities:

Brewhouse Support:

Assist with packaging cans and kegs Clean and sanitize tanks, equipment, and workspaces Support the brewing team with general production tasks Maintain a clean and organized brewhouse

Beer Distribution:

Assist with loading and delivering kegs and packaged product to accounts throughout the Kootenays Represent Wild North professionally during deliveries Help manage inventory and maintain accurate records

Teamwork & Communication:

Collaborate closely with the brewing team and other departments Communicate clearly and reliably about scheduling, tasks, and deliveries Follow safety and cleanliness standards at all times

What We're Looking For:

Must be 19+ with a valid full BC driver's license Valid Serve it Right certification Physically fit and able to move 50L kegs (approx. 130 lbs) Comfortable using computers, including brewing software and spreadsheets Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Flexible availability (some delivery days may be longer than 8 hours; includes weekdays and weekends) Experience in brewing, packaging, delivery, or warehouse work is a strong asset
