As the Supervisor, Inflight Operations, you will report to the Flight Attendant Manager and assist in ensuring an exemplary customer experience by managing onboard service and overall Flight Attendant operational performance. There is a large component of regulatory work and you will manage a variety of general administrative duties that support the Inflight team. Your work environment will be an office, aircraft and hangar environment and frequent travel will be required to meet operational needs. Why work for us?

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide direction on the on-board product delivery
  • Provide support, coaching, direction and performance management to the team
  • Be an expert and monitor adherence to the FAM, policies, procedures and regulations
  • Perform general administrative duties such as preparing letters/reports, ordering supplies, conducting audits, and SMS program support
  • Perform tasks related to recruitment, selection, development and training
  • Line fly, as required, and assist in resolving daily operational situations and problems
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate and direct employees
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to adhere to all Company and TC safety standards, procedures and policies
  • Ability to work irregular hours and overnights with a schedule that varies on short notice
Qualifications/Conditions of Employment:
  • Minimum of three (3) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Flight Attendant
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain valid Company IC FA and Trainer qualifications
  • Experience managing unionized employees an asset
  • Must be able to maintain a security clearance with relevant regulatory agencies
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Must successfully complete all Company training and comply with all policies
  • Must be a Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident or show proof of right to work in Canada
