Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and development. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity. Maintain accurate records of production metrics, employee attendance, and training progress.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting is preferred. Strong background in training and development practices to effectively mentor team members. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
