Job Summary


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Supervised Senior ABA Therapist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental challenges, implementing individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles as well as take on many leadership roles. Leadership within this role looks like training and supporting ABA Therapists, conducting assessments and developing behaviour plans, monitoring student success and covering for any therapists that are unable to come in.

Responsibilities



Conduct assessments to determine the needs of each child and develop tailored treatment plans. Implement ABA therapy techniques during one-on-one sessions with children. Collect and analyze data on each child's progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in therapy approaches. Provide training and support to families on behavioral strategies to reinforce learning at home. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports. Stay informed about the latest research and developments in ABA therapy and related fields.

Requirements



Need to be in the process of completing Masters Degree working towards RBA license Driver's License and access to a vehicle Experience working with children, particularly in a pediatric or special education setting, is highly preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and case management practices is beneficial. Strong skills in data collection and analysis to track patient progress effectively. Familiarity with research methodologies related to behavioral therapies is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with children, families, and team members. A passion for patient care and a commitment to improving the lives of children through evidence-based practices.

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
