Position: Construction Superintendent
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: Up to $150K per year (based on experience)
Our client, a very reputable residential real estate development company, is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendant!Hiring fast!
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the construction site each day
- Distribute daily work orders
- Ensure all safety standards are met at all times...and more!
What you need:
- At least 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge (reading architectural and engineering plans)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
