Position: Customer Service Coordinator - Construction Industry
Location: Laval
Salary: $50,000 to $55,000

An international leading manufacturing in Laval is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Coordinator to join their well-established team. They offer a competitive salary based on experience plus full benefits and interesting work in brand new state-of-the-art facility working on team.
In this role, you will be supporting general contractors, project managers and other stakeholders on various construction projects to provide equipment. This is interesting work involving reading plans (with training), assessing client needs and providing quotations on products and timelines accordingly.
Here is a brief overview of the role:
- Responding to incoming calls from commercial and business clients
- Attentively listening and understanding client needs to provide solutions
- Preparing quotations according to clients needs and within the designated timeframe
- Supporting internal teams on product information and processes
- Checking status of orders and performing follow ups accordingly
- Performing various other tasks related to supporting B2B clients on product information and projects

Requirements:

- At least 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B or B2C customer service within a fast-paced environment
- Any experience related to or within the construction industry or with construction projects is considered a strong asset
- Excellent bilingual communication skills to support US clients; fluency in French to support local clients, this role is focus on the supporting the US market although fluency in French is also important
- MS Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attentive to detail, resourceful and strong interpersonal skills to support clients
