Position Overview: As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing projects from conception to completion. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of our projects, meeting client expectations, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization. What you\'ll do

• Provide strategic leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee and guide project teams for successful project delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, driving projects from conception to completion.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Effectively manage and allocate project resources.
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking costs, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor costs, review and approve project invoices, and prepare progress billing.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide project implementation.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual aspects of construction projects.
• Maintain excellent communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and health and safety requirements.
• Provide quality assurance throughout the project.
• Attend meetings and perform routine site visits to monitor construction progress and compliance with contract requirements.
• Produce requests for information, identify the need for contemplated change notices, and assist in defining additional scope of work.
• Mentor Jr. Construction Project Manager.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope, budget, and requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you\'ll bring

• Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (4 years as a Project Manager).
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• 10+ years of progressive industry experience, with at least 7 years in a project manager role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Computer proficiency in MS Office applications, in particular MS Project, MS Excel, MS Outlook, along with the ability to quickly learn new applications.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects at once
• Superior interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, bilingualism in French and in English preferred
• Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
• Experience using Procore (preferred)
• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
