Craft Collective Canada is looking for a dynamic, people-loving

On-the-Floor Manager

to help bring our artisan markets to life! If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love supporting local businesses, and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Oversee market operations at various venues across North Bay Support vendors with setup, troubleshooting, and customer engagement Promote a positive, welcoming atmosphere for shoppers and makers alike Handle on-site challenges with confidence and a smile Represent Craft Collective with professionalism and enthusiasm

Schedule:

Minimum

2 Sundays per month

, with potential for more during peak seasons.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 6 per week
