Overview:Summer Student - Labourer (warehouse & landsscaping) - Hay RiverUnder the general supervision of the Supply Chain Manager, you will contribute to the safe and efficient operation of the NTPC Hay River warehouse. This is a casual position; as and when required, which may include after regular working hours. Duties include heavy lifting, loader operation, forklift operation and other warehouse related duties and may also include working in harsh conditions. Landscaping and lawn maintenance will also be required.Responsibilities:

• Always work safely, adhere to all aspects of the NTPC Health & Safety and Environmental programs, comply with all rules & regulations, and continually practice health & safety while performing any duties.

Qualifications:Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED-equivalent, and at least one year related experience in a labourer position. Equivalencies may be considered.
• Full Class 5 Driver's License is required (we cannot accept a 5P probationary license).
• Steel-toed boots required.
• Team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills.
