Reporting to the Assistant Chief Engineer. This position involves assisting with various duties such as painting and general maintenance throughout the property.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Painting interior and exterior areas which may require
• Moving of supplies and equipment
• Assist in conducting daily checks and rounds
• Assist in replacing burnt out light bulbs as needed
• Assist in organizing and maintaining storage rooms
• Assist BSC Team with both administration and operational tasks as required
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
SERVICE/PERSONALSKILLS:
This position requires a dedicated team player with excellent verbal communication skills and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Must be flexible and self motivated with a positive attitude towards work. The successful candidate will present a professional image and display a courteous manner and be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

EDUCATION/DESIGNATIONS/LICENSES:

• Minimum Grade 12 education.

EXPERIENCE and TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Experience with working on ladders and/or elevated platforms would be an asset.
• Previous painting experience would be preferable but not necessary.
• Familiar with WHMIS and reading MSDS sheets.
