Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Studio Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our studio. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail. This role is crucial in ensuring that our studio runs smoothly and efficiently while providing an excellent experience for students and staff alike.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for students and staff.
Oversee scheduling, appointments, and client communications via phone and email with professional phone etiquette.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, utilizing in house software's to ensure efficient operations of the studio.
Assist in the hiring, training, and supervision of instructors, drivers, and administrative staff as needed.
Ensure all office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained in good working order.
Conduct trial classes for clients to showcase our programs and bring in new students.
Implement organizational systems to enhance workflow efficiency within the studio.
Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
Utilize Google Suite for documentation, scheduling for pickups and staff, and communication purposes.
Support any additional administrative tasks as required to facilitate smooth operations.
Answer technical questions from parents and staff regarding programs.
Increase capacity of classroom by conducting trial classes to sign-up new students.
Requirements
Proven experience in an office management role or similar position; experience in a educational office setting is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software's and Google Suite applications.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong interpersonal skills for client interactions.
Ability to type efficiently and accurately; familiarity with clerical duties is preferred.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Sales experience in closing deals is a plus.
