The Opportunity


The SMG Esports Arena at Keyano College is currently seeking a Call of Duty Varsity Team Content Production Attendant for a part-time role to assist with producing and clipping game highlights. These highlights will be compiled into a folder and shared with the Marketing and Communications Officer for social media use. This is an hourly position, with an expected commitment of 3-5 hours per week on a rotating basis.

Note: This opportunity is for the current enrolled student in the college. This is not a remote or hybrid work opportunity, you will be required to work on campus.

Duties & Responsibilities


Clip and save game highlights from varsity matches. Organize content in a shared folder for the Marketing Officer and Esports Manager. Onboard arena guests onto the ggLeap system. Perform daily inventory of arena equipment and supplies. Keep the arena clean and orderly for all guests Ensure all guests follow arena guidelines Carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


Required Qualifications:

Experience with video editing and clipping software Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing Knowledge of ggLeap or similar gaming management systems Previous experience working in an esports or gaming facility Passion for esports and interest in varsity-level competition
Compensation and Benefits


CUPE Student Rate - $16.20 per hour
