Duties





Supporting the Office of International Activities in the delivery of student engagement initiatives including:


Assist with calling campaign for incoming international students; Assist with on and off-campus student engagement activities, as needed; Assist the OIA, in the development of the necessary communication materials for new students and parents; Create posters and advertising to promote Office of International Activities events and programming; Assist with data entry, mail outs, assembling welcome packages, and activity reminders; Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience




Preference will be given to students who are nearing completion of or completion of an undergraduate degree; Enrolled at Brandon University with a minimum G.P.A. of 2.5 or higher at the time of application; Working hours may include day, evening or weekend shifts, as needed; Flexibility and willingness to work extended days as needed; Outstanding leadership and organizational skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Exceptional marketing and promotion skills, including social media platforms, graphic design programs and video content; Demonstrated critical and creative thinking skills; Ability to work both independently and with a team; Knowledge of campus and community resources; Respect for and enthusiasm about serving a diverse population.
