As our expansion into our Winnipeg operation continues, we\xe2\x80\x99re currently adding a Structures Maintenance Supervisor to our MRO team. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the maintenance, repair and overhaul of all aircraft and aircraft components
- Responsible for the Technical Dispatch of all aircraft from the standpoint of maintenance performance in accordance with the MCM
- Ensure sufficient tools and equipment are made available to accomplish the maintenance and inspection functions
- Responsible for the administration of quality and safety practices and procedures including but not limited to:
- SMS reports
- Safety inspections
- Injury reporting
- Toolbox inspections
- Responsible for the supervision of an assigned workforce and monitoring employee performance
- Monitor the serviceability of required tools and equipment and report any deficiencies
- Maintain the workshop and hangar facilities in a clean and orderly manner
- Participate in resource discussions and recruitment process as required
- Other duties as assigned
- Must hold a valid maintenance engineer license category S
- 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
- Strong leadership abilities
- Organizational skills
- Experience working on ATR or Dash 8 aircraft
- Must be able to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check prior to employment.
- Personal travel privileges with PAL and interline agreements with other airlines
