Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and Oversee the activities of facility workers
Arranges for maintenance of adequate level of supplies, materials and parts
Providing inputs to enhance work procedures and processes.
Recruiting, training, managing and evaluating the performance of new hires.
Organizing work schedules for subordinates.
Handling repairs, modifications, and improvements in the construction process.
Managing maintenance related issues and preparing regular reports on the work in progress and inventories.
Qualifications:
Completion of High School
Some supervisory experience will be an asset
Language Requirements - English
