What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up key supply chain activities as Mark Anthony enters new markets across the globe. This role leads cross-functional coordination, ensuring supply availability and distribution capabilities as markets transition to fully out-sourced model, where end-to-end supply chain is managed by third party. Additional key responsibilities include:
  • Conduct scenario analysis to identify efficient sources of supply across new and existing manufacturing network
  • Determine appropriate distribution model within new market(s)
  • Define new market entry supply chain strategy; standardize and codify process to enable rapid expansion across regions
  • Acquire sales and financial forecast from cross-functional teams to advise on supply chain strategy
  • Identify near-term optimal sources of supply based on product category and geography that balances quality, cost, and speed-to-market
  • Conduct reviews and root cause analysis of historical market entry performance to inform process improvements and future expansion strategy
  • Conduct scenario analysis and estimate costs and benefits of potential long-term operating models by market, synthesize key findings, and report to key senior leadership
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields
  • 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in distribution, importing and manufacturing
  • Experience in the beverage alcohol or FMCG industry
  • Experience in key supply chain areas across manufacturing and distribution
  • Prior experience with managing third party manufacturers and logistics providers
  • Quality and planning systems knowledge (e.g., o9, QAD) and high proficiency in MS Office

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to successfully manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously
  • Strong written/oral communications, excellent presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of working within and across multiple functional teams
  • Ability to work fast-paced and entrepreneurial cultures as well as making decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Possesses a CSCMP or CSCP certification
