Cloud Land is a family focused interactive indoor playground for kids 10&under. We're looking for an energetic Manager / Team Lead position to help grow our team, support daily operations, and create joyful experiences for families.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and lead by example on the floor Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the entire facility Communicate with team members to coordinate smooth party transitions and guest flow Engage warmly with parents and children, ensuring every visit feels welcoming and memorable Operate POS systems for sales and bookings accurately Assist with event planning, including birthday parties and special activities Manage staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage Recruit, train, and support new team members Restock and organize supplies, ensuring the space is always guest-ready Foster a positive and professional team culture focused on growth and great service

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of management experience (sales or customer service background preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Outgoing, energetic personality with genuine love for family environments
- Reliable and stable to work on weekends and holidays as well as flexible shifts
- Access to stable transportation
- Excellent multitasking and problem solving skills
- Self motivated, proactive, and eager to grow with a dynamic company
