Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective performance
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Train and develop store staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Create and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract customers
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth
- Handle cash transactions and manage cash handling procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to effectively train and develop staff members
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of market trends and buying strategies
