We are a child centred indoor playground where we believe children learn and grow through play. We focus on imaginative and creative play. We offer drop in play times, party bookings, Camps, Kid art and science classes, mommy and me programs and more.

Are you passionate about children's development, and enjoy bringing joy to a child's life? Do you have customer service, child related, or indoor playground experience? Do you enjoy teaching children art, science or other stem related activities? Then this opportunity is for you.

As a indoor playground attendant you will report to the management team, supporting the everyday operations. You will be responsible for checking in guests for drop in play, classes, and parties, helping run programs and parties, and making sure customer service is the forefront of the daily operations.

What to expect each day

Check customers in and out of drop in play, schedule parties and register program attendees for classes. Cafe operation's; taking cafe orders, as well as food and drink preparation Assist with birthday parties and private bookings Running camps and children programs Assist in the operation of all programs. Cleaning and sanitization This role will require you to work alone at times We are open 7 Days a week , this position requires some weekday, weekend and evening shifts

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. 6 Months of customer service experience Self starter who's comfortable working alone and solving problems as they arise Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Having experience teaching or working with children is an asset Having experience in art or stem based programs is an asset Required to work part time with shifts varying between weekdays, evenings, and weekends Clear criminal record check dated within the last 6 months
