Jolly Bubble Indoor Playground is hiring a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team!
This role combines store operations management, sales leadership, and event execution to ensure our playground delivers joyful and memorable experiences for families.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the store manager in daily operations, including staff management, customer reception, and customer service.
Lead the team to drive sales of store products, parties, and membership cards, achieving sales targets.
Organize and execute parent-child activities and themed seasonal events in the store.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management, event planning, or store operations.
Strong organizational, coordination, and team management skills.
Experience in the family entertainment industry, customer service, or event execution is an asset.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays on a rotation basis.
Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must pass a criminal background check.
