Job Description
Comply with occupational health and safety regulations
Order Parts with Mobile Mechanics and Factories(Parts Manual)
Replenish the company's central inventory
Track orders
Receiving orders
Classify orders in
Report the status of the parts on order to the manager
Prepare the parts for the mechanics to make the "work order"
Control the inventory of supplies for operations (e.g. soap, paint, marker, etc.)
Make an annual inventory
Keep the MSDS register up to date
Attend other miscellaneous tasks
Requirements :
Minimum of 1 year of related experience Mechanical training Experience driving forklifts Good knowledge of heavy equipment mechanics Bilingual Knowledge of the basics of the Office suite and the Sage software Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Autonomous, rigorous with a spirit of initiative Have a valid driver's license Very good communication and teamwork skills Physical capacity adequate to the position Repetitive and physical tasks of up to 20 Kg
