Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the right products, ensuring they leave satisfied and eager to return.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cashiering duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in understanding product specifications and features.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others are essential for success in this role.
