THE DEPARTMENT

The mission of the Store Development Project Management Department is to lead cross-functional projects to ensure the seamless development of our spaces.

THE OPPORUNITY

As a member of the Store Development Project Management Department, you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the most effective and efficient performance of Real Estate functions by defining, upholding, and improving the standards of operational excellence. As the Senior Project Manager supporting Store Development, you will lead the seamless execution of cross-functional related activities as they relate to the development of our spaces, ensuring the completion of accurate, on-time, and on-budget projects while also managing partner requirements and changes throughout the duration of each project. THE JOB

As the Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Ensure the project is set up for success.
• Ensure the project team is working on the highest priority items throughout the project
• manage clear and transparent timelines ensuring they are communicated and adhered to, delivering projects on time.
• Ensure project partners understand their requirements and facilitate collaboration and communication cross functionally.
• Develop and manage the budget for the project.
• Manage project changes with minimal disruptions.
• Ensure all major project milestones are delivered, all required project documentation is accessible, and the project is successfully realized.

QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Project Manager has:

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Project Management

• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
