Contexte
Radio-Canada est fiere de lancer un programme de stage specifiquement concu pour accroitre la presence de personnes issues des groupes sous-representes dans le secteur audio et radio. Ce stage, qui se tiendra a Montreal, vise a favoriser l'inclusion, le developpement professionnel et l'epanouissement des talents au sein de nos equipes, en accord avec le plan strategique en matiere de diversite et d'inclusion. Il s'adresse a des talents partiellement qualifies, issus de divers horizons, qui aspirent a evoluer au sein de l'univers mediatique a la suite de cette experience enrichissante.
Profils recherches
Ce stage s'adresse exclusivement aux personnes issues de groupes sous-representes: personnes s'identifiant aux communautes LGBTQ2+, personnes en situation de handicap visible ou invisible, ainsi que les personnes racisees. Nous cherchons des candidatures provenant de gens passionnes et motives, qu'il soient :Professionnels en debut de carriere : Vous avez acquis une premiere experience professionnelle et souhaitez explorer de nouvelles avenues, developper votre polyvalence et relever de nouveaux defis ? Ce stage est une occasion ideale pour elargir vos competences dans le secteur des medias.
Jeunes diplomes : Vous etes une personne recemment diplomee, passionnee par le monde des medias et desireuse d'acquerir une premiere experience significative et formatrice ? Ce stage vous offrira une immersion concrete au sein de nos equipes.
