Senior Specialist, Performance

Purpose of Job:

The Senior Specialist, Performance is responsible for the day-to-day management of a client\'s paid ecommerce and search initiatives. These includes developing strategy and managing the execution of performance campaigns based on the client\'s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage Ecommerce plans & Search campaigns for Fortune 1000 clients
  • Create, manage, and execute strategic search & Ecommerce plans that meet client goals
  • Define a campaign strategy and deliverables plan that exceeds client expectations
  • Create, present, and gain client approval on campaign strategies and tactics
  • Oversee and deliver on Account Management business processes
  • Maintain positive client relationships, expectations, and communications
  • Forecast, generate and maximize revenue opportunities with clients
  • Monitor, track, evaluate and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment
  • Build on an existing level of paid search expertise, and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing as well as consumer behavior to recommend improvements to accounts
  • Knowledge of creating Campaign built and launch, Keywords expansion, SQR analysis, Keywords analysis
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Experience using search advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon, MediaAisle, Criteo, Instacart, etc)
  • 2-3 years of account/client management skills and execution of complex paid search & ecommerce campaigns
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple accounts
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner and deal with clients face-to-face
  • Technical and analytical mindset
  • Good to have basic knowledge of Google Analytics & Bid Management tools (SA360, Pacvue) and biddable social APIs
  • High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Google & Amazon Certification is an asset
