Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment.
• Work with Region, Division and Business Unit leaders on strategizing, producing, deploying and evaluating performance of marketing programs, initiatives, campaigns and large customer events
• Provide visibility and transparency of Marketing efforts throughout Retail through the Marketing Roadmap and other communication vehicles
• Initiate strategic planning 30, 60, 90 days as well as calendar year for best prioritization, execution and outcomes
• Manage timelines in collaboration with business unit and retail execution and implementation strategy
• Oversee engagements and serve as a conduit between stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure all key communication tactics are appropriately aligned with strategic outputs
• Align and update Marketing Roadmap
• Review and provide input on creative assets for consistency, alignment with brand standards and availability to internal + external resources

• Other duties as required

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree required, preferably in marketing, advertising or communications; experience may be considered in lieu of education
• 6+ years of experience with an internal marketing team or advertising/PR agency
• Ability to organize and create plans for holistic marketing campaigns and programs
• Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to a variety of audiences
• Strong problem solving and skills, with the ability to develop creative, efficient and measurable solutions to meet business objectives

Please note that if the selected candidate for this opportunity is within a commutable distance to a Corporate office, they would be required to work three days a week from that office location.
