Sr. Construction Procurement Manager

Job Description


  • Be part of a distributed team performing capital projects and developing and implementing a harmonized global procurement strategy that facilitates safe building design and construction while protecting contractors who construct our facilities/offices.
  • Driving the organization to continuous improvement through ongoing analysis of lessons learned trending data and adjust strategy/execution accordingly.
  • High level of expertise in contract management and tendering processes.
  • Work closely with Operations Team to co-develop future facility management, real-estate and services roadmap.
  • Develop long-term sourcing strategies aligned with market insight, partner requirements and benefit potential.
  • Build and maintain Global supplier base - incl. contracting, negotiations, relationship building, risk management and supplier performance.
  • Tap into supplier expertise for innovation and efficiency improvements and develop deep executive relationships.
  • Run supply-base risk and build strong business continuity and resiliency to minimize disruption potential to our factories and office locations.
  • Influence and handle positive relationships with key partners.
  • Help drive company\xe2\x80\x99s sustainability ambition through strong influencing and partnering across global supply base.
  • Secure Global critical metrics performance and follow up.
  • Ensure detailed execution of sourcing events globally.
