We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.In support of RBC\'s journey towards an agile organization the Finance and Audit IT (FIAT), Sr. Agile Enablement Lead will be responsible for formulating the coaching strategy and approach for complex multi-team environment. The role will be engaged in consulting, education, mentoring and coaching support for key delivery roles in a complex multi-team environment and strategic priorities by mobilizing and supporting transformation initiatives and driving the culture and behaviors needed to succeed with a client centric approach. The Sr. Agile Enablement Lead role is key to furthering the adoption of agile in the organization, corporate productivity improvements, enhanced delivery and quality, speed to market and increased customer satisfaction across FIAT.What will you do?Enable programs/portfolios in the application of current RBC agile practices by providing hands on coaching & support.Deliver a solution or service that meets the needs of the Line of Business as part of a consultative engagement.Accurately recognize context of program/portfolio opportunities and making appropriate recommendations or providing solutionsImproving the agile maturity and agile adoption by the program/portfolioDetermine & make recommendations on which delivery frameworks and methodologies are relevant to different complex initiatives (e.g. scrum, Kanban, scaled Agile) in order to deliver highest valueEngage sponsoring executives, IT and Business leads, to establish trusted partnerships that enable commitment and buy-in to agile practices.Support the development of team members and their leaders through mentoring, education, training and coaching.What do you need to succeed?Must have:5+ years of project management and/or business (system) analysis experience on software development projects and/or other key relevant professional experience using influence to facilitate outcomes.5+ years of experience as a Senior Agile Enablement Manager/Scrum Master orchestrating work across a multi team environment, Agile Program Lead or Release Train EngineerAbility to apply RBC Agile Management Framework and well documented Agile techniques (User Stories, Burndown techniques, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Continuous testing, etc.); application of the scaled agile framework (SAFe).Undergraduate Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experienceCSM, PMI-ACP, CSPONice-to-have:Agile Release Train Engineering Certificate, SPC - Safe Program Consultant is a benefit.Scrum Master Trainer, Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or is highly desirable Value Stream Mapping ExperienceWhat\xe2\x80\x99s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
