Let\'s Get Down To Business

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agile Engagement Lead. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing an Agile Centre of Excellence (COE) in the past or has demonstrated the ability to establish one for a large program.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for agile engagement, overseeing the implementation and execution of agile methodologies within the organization
  • Strategy, Vision and 12 month plan for Organizational Agility
  • OKRs for Agile and SAFe Adoption
  • Creation of agile methodology playbooks along with a CoE structure and site to house all out agile assets for the org to consume
  • Design a Portfolio Governance Structure and how we move from our traditional PMO to Value Management Office strategy on how to pivot
  • Metrics and Measure on the success of rolling out agile across the enterprise
  • Leverage previous experience in setting up agile COEs to guide and lead the team effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of agile practices into day-to-day operations
  • Build upon the strategic groundwork by taking a hands-on approach to implementation
  • Provide thought leadership
  • Provide people-leadership, making it a highly desirable place for consultants to build a career
  • Provide advice and guidance to senior level clients, either business or technology
What You\'ll Bring with You:
  • Executive-level SME candidate with aspirations to grow in their career to Executive Director or Partner
  • 12+ years in agile engagement with a focus on FinTech
  • Previous experience in consulting an asset, OR big-time desire to move into consulting in a new phase in their career
  • Proven experience as an Agile Engagement Lead with a focus on implementation and execution
  • Previous success in setting up an agile COE or contributing significantly to the establishment of one for a large-scale program
  • Vast agile experience, allowing the candidate to draw on their wealth of knowledge to drive successful outcomes
