Job Description

Seeking a well-motivated, responsible employee with experience in sports and recreation facilities.

MUST be available on week nights/evenings and weekends. Our facility can operate on a 24/7 basis. Part-time/casual hours to be expected (roughly 3-4 shifts per week). We rely on our staff having a flexible schedule to cover last minute rentals, shifts, etc.. Access to a vehicle considered an asset.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Supervision of the facility. Indoor turf fields, indoor volleyball courts and pickleball courts.

- Preparing the facility for exceptional provision of services.

- Excellent Customer Service.

- Opening and closing facility.

- Understanding dome operations.

- Regular maintenance of facility (removing garbage, grooming field, various cleaning duties, etc...)

- Operating company software; completing bookings and rentals.

- Processing payments, petty cash handling, payment reconciliation.

- Various other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning and customer service Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in facility management
