Why TTC?



Turf Training Centre (TTC) is a high-traffic, multi-location sports facility providing clean, professional turf rentals, room rentals, gym rental and office spaces. We're looking for someone organized, reliable, and ready to step in quickly to help keep things running smoothly.

About the Role



This is a part-time, on-site position with flexible hours to be discussed.Flexibility is required as the hours may change week by week. The role is primarily administrative, supporting the Office Manager, with additional duties assisting with basic facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities



Office Manager Assistant (Primary):



Directly support the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks Manage emails, calls, and in-person inquiries professionally Coordinate turf and office bookings using TTC's internal system Organize and maintain digital documents and schedules Track client and tenant communication and payments Help manage rental logistics and checklists Maintain front desk coverage as needed Anticipate issues and take initiative

Facility Attendant (Support):



Light cleaning of lobby, washrooms, and shared spaces Assist with facility checks and space setup Maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout shifts Support on-site operations and help visitors when needed

What We're Looking For:



Admin or office support experience preferred Some experience with QuickBooks would be preferred but not required Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar Organized, proactive, and reliable Able to work independently and stay on task Flexible availability required (days, evenings, weekends) - exact schedule to be discussed

Booking software and digital tools QuickBooks Admin processes and checklists Facility upkeep protocols
