Seeking a well-motivated, responsible employee with experience in sports and recreation facilities.
MUST be available on week nights/evenings and weekends. Our facility can operate on a 24/7 basis. Part-time/casual hours to be expected (roughly 2-4 shifts per week). We rely on our staff having a flexible schedule to cover last minute rentals, shifts, etc.. Access to a vehicle considered an asset.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Supervision of the MOUNT JOY SPORTS DOME facility (indoor turf field, pickleball, volleyball courts)
- Preparing the facility for exceptional provision of services.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Opening and closing facility.
- Understanding dome operations.
- Regular maintenance of facility (removing garbage, grooming field, various cleaning duties, etc...)
- Operating company software; completing bookings and rentals.
