We currently have a contract opportunity for a Specialist Labour Performance & Standards to support our Next Gen Payroll and Workforce Management project. This role can be based out of one our main offices including: Stellarton, NS; Mississauga, ON; Calgary, AB; Vancouver, BC; Winnipeg, MB.

Here\'s where you\'ll be focusing:

As a Specialist Labour Performance & Standards, you will be expected to

• Work within a project team to develop, test and implement an integrated Payroll and Workforce Management solution.
• Interact with various groups to create training documents for end users.
• Provide thought leadership to ensure system requirements are tailored to a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Complete training to various groups.
• Fully understand the payroll and Workforce management solution and provide support for system users during pilot and deployment stages.
• Document feedback during pilot stages and provide to the project team.
• Other project related duties as required.
• Actively participate in and drive engagement within the team.

What you have to offer:

Your experience and resume will show us:

• Strength in problem solving and communication (verbal and written).
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Retail.
• Knowledge of/experience with payroll and/or Workforce Management systems.
• Ability to work both within a team and individually.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience analysing data and creating/using various spreadsheets.
• Bilingual (an asset).
• The candidate will be expected to work with peers in other provinces in the development, development and implementation of tools and processes across Canada, as well as provide support to Sobeys employees across Canada.

The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $73,334K - $101,000K per year. We will consider factors such as your working location, work experience and skills as well as internal equity, and market conditions to ensure that you are paid fairly and competitively.
