We are hiring a Bilingual Content Claims Specialist to join our team in Halifax or Moncton, New Brunswick.

The role of Content Claims Specialists is a multi-faceted role, which focuses primarily in the following four key areas of edjuster\xe2\x80\x99s content claims handling operations:

  • With a high focus on customer service, edjuster\xe2\x80\x99s Content Claims Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Field act as an intermediary between the Insurance Company\'s property adjusters, and their policyholders assisting with the inventory and valuations of the policyholder\xe2\x80\x99s/claimant\'s total loss contents, which are most commonly caused by theft, water, fire and other perils.
  • Edjuster focuses on the accurate and timely processing of content claims, via the use of edjuster\xe2\x80\x99s claims handling methodology and its content claims processing and pricing platform\xe2\x80\x93 exclaim.
  • Edjuster employees operate from their appropriately set up and equipped home-based offices and are consistently (daily/weekly basis) assigned new claim files.
  • edjuster\xe2\x80\x99s Content Claims Specialists are responsible for recording all daily claims handling activity, with respect to hours worked/time spent per task as well as fulfilling all of their required administrative job duties.
Responsibilities

As part of this role, responsibilities included, but are not limited to the following:
  • Conduct onsite visit to meet the adjusters/policyholders and other industry vendors and conduct the inventory of the total loss contents.
  • Ensure consistent and quality/turnaround of all claims in accordance with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s productivity and performance standards.
  • Work with the support of other teams at edjuster to organize/direct the resources required for completing the inventory and LKQ valuation of all total loss contents in an efficient and effective manner per productivity standards.
  • Adhere to edjuster Inc.\xe2\x80\x99s commitment to timely and informative updates on the content claims process to adjusters/policyholders.
  • Complete/submit detailed work/time logs daily, for all claim task completed.
  • Maintain claim related notes in the Company\xe2\x80\x99s platform exclaim, related to various tasks involved in handling the claim.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion/pricing of all outstanding items, which have not been priced via other teams and adhering to Like, Kind and Quality (LKQ) standards.
  • Consistently promote edjuster\xe2\x80\x99s brand, image, and reputation in a professional and positive manner.
  • May be exposed to diverse conditions (cold, heat, rain, debris, etc.).
Requirements
  • A Secondary School diploma.
  • Ability to work independently in most circumstances, with minimal supervision.
  • Some prior background/experience in the Property claims industry would be considered an asset.
  • Be able to provide an adequate workspace, free of noise.
  • Employee must provide their own high-speed internet service.
  • Company equipment including laptop will be provided. It is the employee\xe2\x80\x99s responsibility to care and maintain the equipment, as per policy.
  • Own vehicle and valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
  • Occasional Overnight travel may be required, any business-related expense would be covered by edjuster.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office/Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and new technology.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Le r\xc3\xb4le des sp\xc3\xa9cialiste en r\xc3\xa9clamations de biens bilingue \xe2\x80\x93 sur les lieux est un r\xc3\xb4le \xc3\xa0 multiples facettes, qui se concentre principalement sur les quatre domaines cl\xc3\xa9s suivants des op\xc3\xa9rations de gestion des revendications de contenu d\'edjuster :
  • En mettant l\'accent sur le service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le, le sp\xc3\xa9cialiste des r\xc3\xa9clamations de contenu d\'edjuster - Field agit en tant qu\'interm\xc3\xa9diaire entre les experts en sinistres de la compagnie d\'assurance et leurs assur\xc3\xa9s en aidant \xc3\xa0 l\'inventaire et \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9valuation du contenu de la perte totale de l\'assur\xc3\xa9/du demandeur, qui sont le plus souvent caus\xc3\xa9s par le vol , eau, incendie et autres p\xc3\xa9rils.
  • Edjuster se concentre sur le traitement pr\xc3\xa9cis et rapide des r\xc3\xa9clamations de contenu, via l\'utilisation de la m\xc3\xa9thodologie de traitement des r\xc3\xa9clamations d\'edjuster et de sa plate-forme de traitement et de tarification des r\xc3\xa9clamations de contenu - excclaim.
  • Les employ\xc3\xa9s d\'Edjuster op\xc3\xa8rent \xc3\xa0 partir de leurs bureaux \xc3\xa0 domicile convenablement am\xc3\xa9nag\xc3\xa9s et \xc3\xa9quip\xc3\xa9s et re\xc3\xa7oivent r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement (quotidiennement/hebdomadairement) de nouveaux dossiers de r\xc3\xa9clamation.
  • Les sp\xc3\xa9cialistes des r\xc3\xa9clamations de contenu d\'edjuster sont charg\xc3\xa9s d\'enregistrer toutes les activit\xc3\xa9s quotidiennes de traitement des r\xc3\xa9clamations, en ce qui concerne les heures travaill\xc3\xa9es / le temps pass\xc3\xa9 par t\xc3\xa2che, ainsi que de remplir toutes leurs t\xc3\xa2ches administratives requises.
Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

Dans le cadre de ce r\xc3\xb4le, les responsabilit\xc3\xa9s comprenaient, mais ne sont pas limit\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 ce qui suit :
  • Effectuer une visite sur place pour rencontrer les experts en sinistres/assur\xc3\xa9s et d\'autres fournisseurs de l\'industrie et effectuer l\'inventaire du contenu de la perte totale.
  • Assurer la coh\xc3\xa9rence et la qualit\xc3\xa9/le traitement de toutes les r\xc3\xa9clamations conform\xc3\xa9ment aux normes de productivit\xc3\xa9 et de performance de la soci\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9.
  • Travailler avec le soutien d\'autres \xc3\xa9quipes d\'edjuster pour organiser/diriger les ressources n\xc3\xa9cessaires \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9alisation de l\'inventaire et de l\'\xc3\xa9valuation LKQ de tous les contenus de pertes totales de mani\xc3\xa8re efficace et efficiente selon les normes de productivit\xc3\xa9.
  • Adh\xc3\xa9rez \xc3\xa0 l\'engagement d\'edjuster Inc. \xc3\xa0 fournir des mises \xc3\xa0 jour opportunes et informatives sur le processus de r\xc3\xa9clamation de contenu aux experts/assur\xc3\xa9s.
  • Remplir/soumettre quotidiennement des journaux de travail/temps d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9s, pour toutes les t\xc3\xa2ches de r\xc3\xa9clamation termin\xc3\xa9es.
  • Tenir \xc3\xa0 jour les notes relatives aux r\xc3\xa9clamations dans la plate-forme de la soci\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 exclamer, li\xc3\xa9es aux diverses t\xc3\xa2ches impliqu\xc3\xa9es dans le traitement de la r\xc3\xa9clamation.
  • Garantir l\'ach\xc3\xa8vement/la tarification en temps opportun et pr\xc3\xa9cis de tous les articles en suspens, qui n\'ont pas \xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa9valu\xc3\xa9s par d\'autres \xc3\xa9quipes et qui respectent les normes Like, Kind and Quality (LKQ).
  • Promouvoir constamment la marque, l\'image et la r\xc3\xa9putation d\'edjuster de mani\xc3\xa8re professionnelle et positive.
  • Peut \xc3\xaatre expos\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 diverses conditions (froid, chaleur, pluie, d\xc3\xa9bris, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Un dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes secondaires.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler de fa\xc3\xa7on autonome dans la plupart des circonstances, avec un minimum de supervision.
  • Une exp\xc3\xa9rience pr\xc3\xa9alable dans le secteur des r\xc3\xa9clamations immobili\xc3\xa8res serait consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout.
  • \xc3\x8atre en mesure de fournir un espace de travail ad\xc3\xa9quat, sans bruit.
  • L\'employ\xc3\xa9 doit fournir son propre service Internet haute vitesse.
  • L\'\xc3\xa9quipement de l\'entreprise, y compris un ordinateur portable, sera fourni. Il est de la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 de l\'employ\xc3\xa9 de prendre soin et d\'entretenir l\'\xc3\xa9quipement, conform\xc3\xa9ment \xc3\xa0 la politique.
