Job Description

• Candidate must come with knowledge/experience on Banking Domain.

• Candidate must be ready to work as individual contributor as BA/PM. Ability to work independently and with others.

• Experience with multiple Stakeholders/cross functional teams with excellent persuasive skills.

• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions

• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive

• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends

• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

• Improve processes by studying current practices; help in suggesting modifications. Recommend controls by identifying problems.

• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements, forming project team.

• Hands on with BA activities like preparing BRD/FRD, User stories.

• Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational.

• Experience in any language like Java/.Net/C will be added advantage. To be able to understand the technical aspect of the problem, troubleshoot issues in UAT, help to perform UAT/QA testing.

• Hands on with Database and Dataware house ETL tools (support related like ability to read and understand functions, procedures) is desirable.

• Desired certification: - CSPO/PMP/IIBA certified
