ResponsabilitesEstimer, negocier et vendre des contrats de service et d'entretien afin d'obtenir de nouveaux appareils sous contrat.
Gerer le portefeuille des contrats actuels, promouvoir et vendre des forfaits et produits d'entretien d'ascenseurs et/ou des services de modernisation.
Rechercher les clients eventuels et entretenir de bonnes relations avec la clientele, atteindre ou depasser les objectifs de ventes et servir de conseiller technique aupres de la clientele.
Developper et accroitre le territoire de vente par du demarchage, en faisant appel a votre connaissance des conditions du marche local et des forces dynamiques de la concurrence.
Maintenir a jour ses connaissances techniques sur les ascenseurs/escaliers mecaniques et les produits et les solutions de modernisation d'Otis.
Fournir des estimations pour tous les travaux reguliers d'entretien et de reparation; avoir une connaissance generale des contrats d'entretien.
Veiller au suivi et a la gestion des comptes clients.
EtudesDetenir un diplome d'etudes universitaires (baccalaureat) ou l'equivalent.
Experience/competences minimalesPosseder au minimum 3 ans d'experience pertinente en vente.
Maitriser parfaitement le francais et l'anglais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit.
Etre apte a travailler dans un environnement dynamique et fortement axe sur le travail d'equipe.
Faire preuve de solides competences en communication ecrite et verbale afin de developper efficacement les attentes et les relations avec les clients internes et externes.
Etre motive et capable de gerer plusieurs projets et responsabilites simultanes.
Etre tres a l'aise dans un environnement technique utilisant les logiciels informatiques de Microsoft.
Avoir un talent marque pour la negociation et les ventes, etre axe sur les resultats et posseder d'excellentes aptitudes pour la gestion du temps et l'organisation.
Experience/competences souhaiteesAvoir de l'experience dans l'industrie des ascenseurs serait un atout.

Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Specialist, Account Manager to promote innovative solutions with current and potential customers.
Essential ResponsibilitiesEstimate, negotiate, and sell service and maintenance contracts to obtain new units on maintenance agreements
Manage existing accounts, promote and sell Otis products and service upgrades
Build and maintain customer relationships, achieve or exceed sales objectives, and serve as technical consultant to customers
Develop and rapidly grow the sales territory through cold calling and familiarity with local market conditions and competitor dynamics
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of elevators/escalators, and Otis products and service upgrades
Provide estimates for all regular work and repair; understand service contracts in broad terms
Monitor collection of accounts
Education / CertificationsBachelor's Degree required or equivalent
Basic Qualifications3+ years sales experience required
Fully bilingual in both French and English.
Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
Outstanding sales/negotiation skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills
