De La Mongne Armco Inc. recherche un directeur technique experimente et pragmatique pour superviser les operations techniques et la maintenance du batiment Le George, une tour residentielle prestigieuse situee a Montreal.
Sous la responsabilite du directeur general, vous serez charge de garantir le fonctionnement optimal, la securite et la conformite de tous les systemes techniques, equipements et prestataires de services.
FONCTIONS
Superviser le fonctionnement de tous les systemes techniques (CVC, plomberie, electricite, ventilation, ascenseurs, generateurs, interphones, serrures electroniques), en coordination avec des partenaires externes.
Planifier, suivre et effectuer la maintenance preventive et corrective.
Gerer les urgences techniques et coordonner les interventions internes ou externes.
Assurer le bon entretien technique de la piscine, du spa, du sauna, de la salle de sport, de la salle de crossfit et de la terrasse sur le toit.
Surveiller les parametres d'hygiene, de securite, de filtration et de traitement de l'eau.
Gerer les calendriers d'entretien et d'acces pour toutes les installations.
Verifier les issues de secours, les extincteurs et les equipements de securite.
Superviser tous les systemes de controle d'acces : portes electroniques, lecteurs de badges, interphones, cameras.
Coordonner les reinitialisations ou les reprogrammations avec les fournisseurs.
Assurer la liaison technique avec les prestataires de services de securite et de surveillance en collaboration.
Superviser les techniciens de maintenance : planification, instructions de taches, suivis.
Former les techniciens a la securite, a l'utilisation des outils et aux procedures d'urgence.
Fournir des conseils pour les interventions dans les logements locatifs.
Evaluer le rendement et l'efficacite de l'equipe.
Gerer personnellement les interventions complexes et les taches quotidiennes, au besoin.
Participer a la livraison des nouvelles unites : inspections, reparations mineures, ajustements techniques.
Coordonner les travaux de finition : peinture, installation de plinthes, ajustements de quincaillerie, etc.
Organiser la peinture et l'entretien des aires communes.
S'assurer que les unites repondent aux normes avant l'emmenagement des locataires.
Superviser et effectuer les transferts de locataires entre les unites : inspections techniques, renovation, logistique.
Apporter un soutien aux equipes de gestion afin d'assurer des transitions en douceur.
Soutenir la gestion des prestataires de services techniques : contrats, delais et controle qualite.
Participer aux initiatives de gestion budgetaire.
Rendre compte des interventions et des depenses a la direction generale.

COMPETENCES REQUISES
Au moins 2 ans d'experience dans l'exploitation de batiments, la gestion d'installations ou un poste technique similaire.
Un DVS (diplome d'etudes professionnelles) en entretien de batiments, mecanique du batiment, refrigeration ou electromecanique, avec un ASP (certificat de specialisation professionnelle) en services energetiques.
Solides connaissances des systemes mecaniques, electriques, CVC et de plomberie.
Experience dans la planification de la maintenance preventive et corrective.
Connaissance des systemes de controle d'acces (badges, interphones, serrures electroniques, cameras).
Capacite a gerer et superviser le personnel de maintenance et les prestataires de services externes.
Aisance dans la realisation de travaux de finition (peinture, reparations, inspections).
Connaissance des exigences reglementaires en matiere de securite incendie, de ventilation, de qualite de l'eau et de codes du batiment.
Solides competences en matiere d'organisation et de resolution de problemes ; capacite a reagir aux urgences techniques.
Competences en matiere de budgetisation et de reporting.
Pratique, soucieux du detail et axe sur les residents.
Bilingue en francais et en anglais.

Technical Maintenance Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
De La Mongne Armco Inc. is seeking a hands-on and experienced Technical Manager to oversee building technical operations and maintenance at Le George, a prestigious residential tower in Montreal.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and compliance of all technical systems, amenities, and service providers.
JOB DUTIES
Supervise the operation of all technical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, elevators, generators, intercoms, electronic locks), in coordination with external partners.
Plan, track, and perform both preventive and corrective maintenance.
Manage technical emergencies and coordinate internal or external interventions.
Ensure the proper technical upkeep of the pool, spa, sauna, gym, crossfit room, and rooftop terrace.
Monitor hygiene, safety, filtration, and water treatment parameters.
Manage maintenance and access schedules for all amenities.
Verify emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and safety equipment.
Supervise all access control systems: electronic doors, FOB readers, intercoms, cameras.
Coordinate resets or reprogramming with suppliers.
Act as the technical liaison for security and surveillance service providers in collaboration.
Train technicians in safety, tool usage, and emergency procedures.
Provide guidance for interventions within rental units.
Evaluate team performance and efficiency.
Personally handle complex interventions and daily tasks as needed.
Assist in the delivery of new units: inspections, minor repairs, technical adjustments.
Coordinate finishing work: painting, baseboard installation, hardware adjustments, etc.
Organize painting and upkeep of common areas.
Ensure units meet standards prior to tenant move-ins.
Oversee and conduct tenant transfers between units: technical inspections, refurbishment, logistics.
Provide support to management teams to ensure smooth transitions.
Support the management of technical service providers: contracts, timelines, and quality control.
Participate in budget management initiatives.
Report interventions and expenses to the General Management.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience in building operations, facility management, or a similar technical role.
A DVS (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in building maintenance, building mechanics, refrigeration or electromechanics, with an ASP (Certificate of Professional Specialization) in energy services.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
