Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Specialiste Produit Gestion de la Donnee Avion A220, pour rejoindre notre equipe Solutions Digitales - Services a la Clientele basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez conjointement avec l'equipe chargee du support et de l'evolution du produit de gestion de la donnee avion, tout en collaborant avec d'autres departements d'Airbus, tels que l'ingenierie, ainsi qu'avec les fournisseurs.


Vous ferez partie de l'equipe Produits Digitaux chargee de l'integration, du maintien et de l'evolution de differents produits digitaux supportant les clients internes et externes du A220.


L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.


Votre role en tant que Specialiste Produit Gestion de la Donnee Avion A220 sera de contribuer directement aux activites de conception, de test, de deploiement, de maintenance et de support pour le produit de gestion de la donnee avion. Vous prendrez egalement la pleine responsabilite du cycle de vie complet des rapports d'enregistrement des donnees avion (creation, mise a jour, diffusion, documentation). Ces rapports sont essentiels pour permettre aux compagnies aeriennes de configurer correctement leur systeme d'enregistrement de donnees pour l'analyse avancee, notamment la maintenance predictive, l'efficacite operationnelle ou le depannage technique.

Vos defis:

Etre responsable du cycle de vie complet des rapports d'enregistrement des donnees avion pour divers systemes, incluant leur creation, mise a jour, diffusion officielle aux clients, et la documentation detaillee; Assurer la gestion du fournisseur, en effectuant un suivi rigoureux des activites et en se concentrant sur la resolution rapide des incidents operationnels pour garantir le respect des engagements, de la qualite et des objectifs; Collaborer efficacement avec les equipes d'ingenierie en service, d'ingenierie et les fournisseurs pour assurer l'avancement et la mise en oeuvre des modifications d'ingenierie affectant le produit de gestion de la donnee; Soutenir les activites liees a l'evolution strategique du produit de gestion de la donnee; Soutenir la conception des fonctionnalites et des composantes qui contribuent au produit de gestion de la donnee; Participer a la definition et a la validation des cas d'usage des utilisateurs pour s'assurer que le produit repond aux besoins operationnels; Soutenir les efforts de test requis pour la verification et la validation des nouvelles fonctionnalites; S'assurer de la mise a jour de la documentation technique et du materiel de formation; Maintenir et faire evoluer la documentation, les processus et les procedures du produit de gestion de la donnee; Repondre de maniere rapide et efficace aux incidents et aux demandes des clients; Participer au deploiement du produit aupres des clients A220.

Votre profil:

Vous detenez un baccalaureat en genie, en informatique ou un domaine equivalent; Vous avez un minimum de cinq (5) annees d'experience dans le domaine des systemes aerospatiaux; Vous etes familier avec la conception technique, le deploiement et le soutien au produit; Vous avez une connaissance de l'integration des systemes / composants, Vous etes interesse par le developpement de solutions informatiques pour supporter le fonctionnement des avions; Connaissance des operations aeriennes (un atout); Experience en gestion de projet (un atout); Vous aimez travailler au sein d'une equipe multidisciplinaire; Vous possedez de bonnes competences orales et ecrites en francais et en anglais; Vous devez avoir la capacite de travailler avec un minimum de supervision, etre un joueur d'equipe; Vous devez egalement etre une personne ayant de l'initiative, un sens aigu des responsabilites et un bon jugement; Vous devez pouvoir voyager si necessaire.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an A220 Aircraft Data Management Product Specialist, to join our Digital Solutions - Customer Services team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work closely with the team supporting and evolving the Aircraft Data Management product (FlightLink), while also collaborating with other Airbus departments, such as engineering, and suppliers.


You will be part of the Digital Products team responsible for the integration, the operations and the evolution of different digital products supporting internal and external A220 customers.


The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.


Your role as A220 Aircraft Data Management Product Specialist will be to directly contribute in the design, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support activities for the FlightLink Data Management product. You will also take full ownership of the complete lifecycle of aircraft data recording reports (creation, update, release, documentation), which are essential for airlines to correctly configure their data recording system to enable advanced analysis such as predictive maintenance, operational efficiency or technical troubleshooting.

Your challenges:

Be responsible for the complete lifecycle of aircraft data recording reports for various aircraft systems, including their creation, updates, official release to customers, and detailed documentation; Be responsible for supplier management, rigorously following up on activities and focusing on the timely resolution of operational incidents to ensure adherence to commitments, quality and objectives; Collaborate effectively with in-service engineering, engineering, and supplier teams to ensure the timely progress and implementation of engineering changes affecting the Data Management product; Support activities related to the strategic evolution of the Data Management product; Support the design of functionalities and components that contribute to the Data Management product; Participate in defining and validating the end-user use cases to ensure the product meets operational needs; Support the testing efforts required for verification and validation of implemented solutions; Ensure technical documentation and training material are kept up-to-date; Maintain and evolve the Data Management product documentation, processes, and procedures; Respond in a timely and effective manner to system incidents and customer requests; Participate in the product deployment to A220 customers.

Your profile:

You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or an equivalent field; You have a minimum of years (5) years of experience in aerospace system; You are familiar with the engineering design, deployment and sustaining process; You have knowledge of systems/components integration; You are interested by the development of IT solutions to support aircraft operations; You have knowledge of aircraft operations (an asset); You have experience in project management (an asset); You enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team; You possess good oral and writing skills in French and English; You must possess the ability to work with minimal supervision and be a team player; You must be a person with initiative, a strong sense of responsibility and good judgment; You must be able to travel if necessary.
