Notre equipe est a la recherche d'un Specialiste experience client, pour un poste permanent temps plein (40h).


Le specialiste experience client est responsable de garantir des interactions exceptionnelles avec les clients et d'offrir une experience client fluide et satisfaisante. Ce poste exige une forte concentration sur la satisfaction client, des competences de communication efficaces et la capacite d'identifier les domaines a ameliorer dans l'experience client. Le specialiste de l'experience client collaborera avec des equipes interfonctionnelles afin de mettre en oeuvre des strategies et des initiatives visant a ameliorer la satisfaction, la fidelite et l'engagement des clients.



Plus precisement, les fonctions liees au poste sont les suivantes (CNP 64101):

Gestion de la relation client; Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les comptes clients attribues, en favorisant des relations solides basees sur la confiance. Fournir des mises a jour opportunes et proactives sur l'activite des comptes, y compris les projets en cours, l'etat des reparations et l'avancement des commandes. Traiter et resoudre les preoccupations des clients avec urgence et professionnalisme, en garantissant un niveau de satisfaction eleve. Assistance operationnelle et devis Preparer et soumettre des devis precis bases sur les rapports de demontage et d'inspection dans les delais impartis. Veiller a ce que les devis correspondent aux attentes des clients tout en soutenant la rentabilite et les objectifs operationnels. Surveiller l'ensemble du cycle de vie des reparations et des services, identifier les retards ou les problemes potentiels et prendre des mesures correctives pour maintenir l'excellence du service. Gerer les travaux en cours (WIP) des clients conformement aux indicateurs de performance cles (KPI) et aux objectifs de performance commerciale definis. Perspective strategique et connaissance du marche Restez au fait des tendances et des pratiques du marche telles que Beyond Economic Repair (BER), Fair Market Value (FMV), les modeles de tarification fixe et les seuils de facturation. Utilisez vos connaissances du secteur pour fournir des recommandations strategiques qui favorisent a la fois la reussite des clients et la rentabilite de l'entreprise.

Our team is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist for a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week).


The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer interactions and delivering a seamless and satisfying customer experience. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, effective communication skills, and the ability to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience. The Customer Experience Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement.


More specifically, the duties associated with the position are as follows (NOC 64101):

Customer relationship management; Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, fostering strong relationships based on trust. Provide timely and proactive updates on account activity, including ongoing projects, repair status, and order progress. Address and resolve customer concerns with urgency and professionalism, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Operational support and quotes Prepare and submit accurate quotes based on disassembly and inspection reports within the specified time frame. Ensure that quotes meet customer expectations while supporting profitability and operational goals. Monitor the entire repair and service lifecycle, identify potential delays or issues, and take corrective action to maintain service excellence. Manage customer work in progress (WIP) in accordance with key performance indicators (KPIs) and defined business performance objectives. Strategic perspective and market knowledge Stay abreast of market trends and practices such as Beyond Economic Repair (BER), Fair Market Value (FMV), fixed pricing models, and billing thresholds. Use your industry knowledge to provide strategic recommendations that promote both customer success and business profitability.

Exigences:

Solides connaissances des meilleures pratiques en matiere de gestion de comptes et des tendances en matiere d'experience client afin de developper strategiquement les comptes et de stimuler l'innovation. Job requirements:



Fluency in English to facilitate communication with all internal and external stakeholders of the company; knowledge of French is a significant asset; High school diploma minimum; At least 4 years of relevant or similar experience in the aviation or aerospace maintenance industry. (MRO is a significant asset); Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and customer feedback tools to manage accounts effectively. HubSpot and Quantum knowledge is an important asset. Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term customer relationships. Strong knowledge of account management best practices and customer experience trends to strategically grow accounts and drive innovation. Excellent communication skills in both French and English to facilitate conversations with global customers. Spanish is an asset. * Strategic vision with the ability to think creatively, identify new business opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that align with both customer needs and business goals.
