Pour soutenir cette aventure, nous cherchons un(e)

Specialiste Support Client Francophone (et / ou bilingue)

qui jouera un role cle pour offrir un service exceptionnel a nos clients et contribuer a la croissance de nos marques.



Tes missions au quotidien









Repondre aux demandes clients

par telephone, chat et courriel

, avec un focus sur le service en francais Identifier les besoins des clients et les guider vers les meilleures solutions Fournir des informations claires et precises sur nos produits et services Documenter et mettre a jour les interactions dans le CRM (Zendesk) Depanner et resoudre les problemes des clients de maniere efficace Gerer les plaintes et assurer le suivi jusqu'a satisfaction complete Contribuer a offrir une experience client exceptionnelle a toutes les etapes


Ce qu'on cherche chez toi









Francais impeccable

, parle et ecrit (obligatoire) Anglais professionnel Experience prealable en service a la clientele, idealement multicanal (telephone, email, chat) Connaissance d'outils de gestion de demandes clients (Zendesk ou equivalent) Experience avec Shopify ou e-commerce est un atout Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et esprit d'equipe Attitude positive et capacite a gerer plusieurs demandes en simultane

To support this journey, we are looking for a

Customer Support Specialist

who will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and contributing to the growth of our brands.







What you'll do day-to-day





Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, with a focus on French-language service Identify customers' needs and guide them to the best solutions Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services Document and update interactions in the CRM (Zendesk) Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently Manage complaints and follow up until complete satisfaction Help deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage


What we're looking for







Excellent French, spoken and written (required) Professional English Previous experience in customer service, ideally multichannel (phone, email, chat) Familiarity with helpdesk softwares (Zendesk or equivalent) Experience with Shopify or e-commerce is a plus Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and team spirit Positive attitude and ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
