Si vous souhaitez contribuer activement a la transformation du secteur de l'assurance commerciale d'une entreprise en forte croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Specialiste en acquisition de talents pour rejoindre notre equipe RH.



Vous serez responsable de l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement pour une variete de postes cles et participerez a l'amelioration continue des pratiques et processus en acquisition de talents. Votre comprehension du marche de l'assurance et votre capacite a mettre en place des strategies de sourcing proactives seront au coeur de votre impact.

Principales responsabilites




Participer a la gestion complete du cycle de recrutement pour les postes assignes, incluant le sourcing proactif et la recherche de talents specialises dans le domaine de l'assurance Developper et maintenir des reseaux et pipelines de candidats pour soutenir les besoins futurs Assurer une experience candidat de qualite et coordonner efficacement les etapes du processus de selection Collaborer avec les PARH et les gestionnaires pour bien comprendre les besoins en recrutement et assurer l'alignement des demarches Contribuer a l'amelioration continue des processus, outils et pratiques en acquisition de talents Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI) lies au recrutement Participer a divers projets RH selon les priorites de l'equipe (marque employeur, outils RH, initiatives internes)



Profil recherche





5 ans d'experience en recrutement, dont au moins 3 dans le secteur de l'assurance, idealement en recrutement de profils specialises (souscription, reclamations, service a la clientele, etc.) Experience demontree en sourcing proactif et en chasse directe Maitrise des outils de recrutement : ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, techniques avancees de recherche Capacite a gerer simultanement plusieurs mandats tout en maintenant un haut niveau de qualite Sens aigu du service et de l'experience candidat Approche strategique et orientee solutions Autonomie, rigueur et initiative Excellentes competences de communication ecrite et verbale Bilinguisme francais et anglais, essentiel pour collaborer efficacement avec nos equipes a travers le Canada Capacite a se presenter a notre bureau de Terrebonne et/ou St-Lambert minimalement 2 fois par semaine

If you want to actively contribute to transforming the commercial insurance sector within a fast-growing company, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.



You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for a variety of key roles and contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes and practices. Your understanding of the insurance market and ability to implement proactive sourcing strategies will be at the heart of your impact.

Main Responsibilities




Participate in managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, including proactive sourcing and identifying specialized talent in the insurance field Develop and maintain candidate networks and pipelines to support future needs Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and efficiently coordinate the selection process Collaborate with HRBPs and managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure alignment Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and practices in talent acquisition Track recruitment-related performance indicators (KPIs) Participate in various HR projects according to team priorities (e.g., employer branding, HR tools, internal initiatives)



Profile




5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 in the insurance sector, ideally recruiting specialized profiles (underwriting, claims, customer service, etc.) Demonstrated experience in proactive sourcing and direct search Proficiency with recruitment tools: ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced search techniques Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining high quality Strong service orientation and focus on candidate experience Strategic and solution-oriented approach Autonomy, rigor, and initiative Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bilingual in French and English, essential to collaborate effectively with our teams across Canada Ability to attend our Terrebonne and/or St-lambert office at least 2 times per week
